AI Readiness Index

Terms of Use

Last updated: 16 July 2026

These terms apply when you use the AI Readiness Index (“AIRI”, “we”), whether you were invited by an administrator or you enrolled through a public assessment link. By taking the assessment you agree to these terms. See our Privacy Notice for how we handle your personal data.

The assessment

AIRI is a self-assessment diagnostic. Your results (your score, maturity rating, and any AI-generated summary) are indicative only, based solely on the answers you provide. They are not professional, legal, or financial advice, and we make no guarantee about their accuracy or completeness for your specific circumstances.

Acceptable use

  • Provide accurate answers on your own behalf, not on behalf of someone else without their knowledge.
  • Don’t attempt to access another respondent’s results or another organisation’s assessment.
  • Don’t attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or misuse the service.

Ownership

The assessment questions, scoring methodology, benchmark data, and AIRI branding are owned by us and may not be copied, redistributed, or used to build a competing product without our permission. You retain ownership of the free-text answers you submit.

Benchmarking & reporting

Where an administrator enrols an organisation in an assessment, that organisation agrees that its results may be combined with other respondents’ results into anonymised, aggregated benchmarks, and that those benchmarks may be used in AIRI reports and shown to other users for comparison purposes. Individual respondent answers are not shared outside your own organisation’s results. See our Privacy Notice for how this applies to your personal data specifically.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make a substantive change, we’ll update the date above. Continuing to use AIRI after a change means you accept the updated terms.
